8 1/2 x 5 1/2 Early Espresso cardstock (119686)

(scored on long side at 2 1/8",  fold other side in to meet in middle)

8 1/2 x 5 1/2 Basic Black cardstock (121045)

(same scoring as above)

5 1/4 x 4 1/4 Basic Black CS (cut using largest stitched die and the 3rd largest die)

5 1/4 x 4 1/4 Copper Foil sheet  (142020) (cut same as above)

5 1/4 x 2 (2) Basic Gray cardstock (embossed)  (121044)

5 1/4 x 2 (2) Early Espresso CS (embossed) (119686)

5 1/4 x 4 Thick Very Vanilla  (144237) Inside of card

2 3/4 x 4 1/4 Thick very Vanilla ( cut using 4th largest die)

2 3/4 x 4 1/4 Thick Whisper White  (cut same as above)
