White Envelope 107301
Measurements & Instructions:
8 1/2" x 5 1/2" Gray Granite CS scored at 2 1/8", 4 /14" on the 8 1/2" side
4 1/4" x 5 1/2" Gray Granite CS
4" x 5 1/4" Copper Foil sheet
3 3/8" x 3 1/4" Copper Glimmer paper
4" x 5 1/4" Shimmery White CS ( Inside of card )
5" x 3 3/4" Joyous Noel Specialty DSP
Lets do our stamping first.
Line up your stamps on the Stamparatis
Shake up Glimmer paint then put a very small amount on a piece of plastic packaging
Lightly tap your sponge in the paint then onto your stamp. Gently close the flap and stamp your image. You may need to do this twice. If you press too hard it gives it a smeared look.
Stamp envelope while you have your paint out.
Set these aside to dry
Next, lets cut/punch out the pieces that we will need to finish this card
Now lets place the Foam strips on the backside of the card front as shown
Peel backing off of foam strips only around the deer and place
copper glimmer paper on top to cover the opening of the deer.
TIP:
Only peel back about 1" of backing on outside edges of foam strips leaving tips pointed out.
Turn over and place on foil sheet in center. This allows you a little wiggle room to get it straight.
After lined up, place your hand on card front and start pulling tabs off one by one!
Perfect placement every time this way!!!
Live and learn and share, RIGHT? (smiles)
Use small dabs of glue on the thicker places of your cutouts and let it get tacky by waiting a minute or less
Place glue on the bottom section that is scored at 2 1/8 of your card base. Take your completed card front and lay it directly on top matching up on all 4 sides. Stand it up to help align.
Voila'
It is so much prettier in person!
I hope you enjoyed my project this month!
Until Next Post,
Crafting Hugs to you....
